At Birthing A Better You, we are dedicated to supporting diverse families through the transformative journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. Our services offer continuous emotional support, physical comfort, and psychological and spiritual guidance to ensure a nurturing and empowering experience. Understanding that each family's needs are unique, we provide a range of tailored packages designed to meet your specific birthing preferences and requirements. 01. A Better You (Birth Package)

Up to (3) three prenatal visits. (Additional visit if desired to meet your doctor/midwife). Prenatal visits are to discuss any fears or concerns, what to expect during labor and birth, comfort measures, labor positions, relaxation strategies, birth plan, postpartum and provide resources.

Unlimited Phone/text and email support from the moment of contract signing, throughout your pregnancy and 2 weeks postpartum.

Access to our lending Library of books for pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, postpartum and baby care resources.

Labor and Birth Support- At 36 weeks you will have 24/7 labor and birth support at your home, hospital, or the birthing center of your choice. When your birth is active, your doula will be with you throughout labor as soon as you feel your doula is needed, to provide support and comfort to you AND your partner until you Birth YOUR Better You.

Postpartum- After the birth of your BABY, your doula will remain with you for one-two hours to ensure you are comfortable. Your doula will support your golden hour. If you are interested in breastfeeding, your doula will provide support and assistance with introducing baby to breast, support and education on breastfeeding and skin to skin contact. Your doula answers any questions that you have and take your first famous family photo.

Up to (2) two postpartum visits within the first two weeks after the Birth Of A Better You, in your home to provide a nonjudgmental, caring and safe space process your birth story, discuss postpartum experience, postpartum healing and recovery, discuss the early days of infant feeding, answer any questions or concerns that you have, provide resources and referrals.

02. A Better You
(All Virtual Package)

Up to (3) three prenatal visits on Zoom. Prenatal visits are to discuss any fears or concerns, what to expect during labor and birth, comfort measures, labor positions, relaxation strategies, birth plan, postpartum and provide resources.

Labor and Birth Support- At 36 weeks you will have 24/7 labor and birth support while you are at your home, hospital, or the birthing center of your choice. Your doula will be right with you on the other side of your desired screen when needed to provide support and comfort to you AND your partner.

Immediate Postpartum- After the birth of your BABY, your doula will remain available to provide to ensure you are comfortable. Your doula will support your golden hour. If you are interested in breastfeeding, your doula will provide support and assistance with introducing baby to breast, support and education on breastfeeding and skin to skin contact. Your doula will also answer any questions that you may have.

WHAT YOU'LL GET
03. A Better Us
(Postpartum Package)
Hours can start from the time baby is born earthside. Postpartum support includes: Coping strategies for postpartum adjustment. Education on postpartum mood disorders, baby blues and Edinburgh. Infant Care Information: feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing etc. Assistance with breastfeeding, bottle feeding and pumping. Newborn sleep education and family sleep solutions. Light housekeeping including dishes, sweeping, baby laundry and organization. Infant care so that parents can rest, sleep or shower. Nutritious snacks and meal prepping. Completing errands for groceries or baby/mom supplies. Accompanying you to baby doctor appointments.

Our postpartum services will include a 4-hour shift or an 8-hour shift per visit. Postpartum hours are used by 8 weeks postpartum. You will have the option to decide on your own hours. Can include weekday and weekend hours from 9am-6pm. *Price will increase for twin support* Payment plans are available.
04. A Better Family
(Birth and Postpartum Package)

ABOUT POSTPARTUM CARE
Bringing home your baby can sometimes feel scary and exciting at the same time. We experience so many emotions during this fourth trimester of your postpartum period. You may be a first-time parent and may not know what to expect while others are adapting to their growing family of multiples and may also be still recovering from physical, mental, and emotional work from childbirth. As your postpartum doula, I am here ready to mother the mother and provide you with exceptional care and support.
