SUPPORT

Prenatal support include visits to discuss any fears or concerns, what to expect during labor and birth, comfort measures, labor positions, relaxation strategies, birth plan, postpartum and useful resources, such as childbirth education.

02. LABOR&BIRTH
SUPPORT

We offer 24/7 labor and birth support at your home, hospital, or the birthing center of your choice. When your birth is active, your doula will be with you throughout labor as soon as you feel your doula is needed, to provide support and comfort to you AND your partner until you Birth A Better You.

03. POSTPARTUM CARE

Bringing home your baby can sometimes feel scary and exciting at the same time. We experience so many emotions during this fourth trimester of your postpartum period. As your postpartum doula, I am here ready to mother the mother and provide you with exceptional care and support.
